Returns Policy – Gold Rose

At Gold Rose, each creation is handcrafted from a real natural rose and finished using pure 24K gold, making every piece truly unique.

Due to the exclusive and artisanal nature of our products, we offer a 24-hour return policy from the time of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

 

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused, not displayed, and not handled beyond initial inspection
  • Be preserved in its original, untouched condition, exactly as delivered
  • Be returned in its original packaging, including all protective elements
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Include all certificates or documentation provided with the product

Damages & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your Gold Rose immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

 

Notifications received after this period may affect eligibility for replacement or repair.

 


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our creations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

 

  • Customized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Personalized items, including engraved or specially finished pieces

Each Gold Rose is created using a real natural rose and finished with pure 24K gold.

Natural variations in shape, texture, and structure are inherent to the product and are not considered defects, but a defining mark of authenticity and craftsmanship.
